RegExpEval is a tool to verify your regular expression

The clou: You are not bothered by pressing a button every time you want to evaluate your regular expression. Simply type in or change the regular expression or the sample text you examine and immediately you can see the result. The result will be shown by coloring the matches inside of the sample text. Take a look at Screenshots, there you can see some examples and nice screenshots.

For evaluation of the regular expression PCRE is used. For the future the implementation of different evaluation tools, such as grep, sed, boost, ... is planned. I choosed the Qt-cross plattform framework to build this tool, cause it achieved all my needs and by the way I like Qt. RegExpEval is published under the license of GPLv3, I like the GPL-License too.
